Having now heard the album I must says it really is a winner - I'd go so far as to say Little Axe's best! Good to see George Oban playing bass on six tracks, and Valerie Skeete and Madeline Edghill singing on another. For the rhythm spotters there's a bunch of older On-U rhythms reworked - Dub Syndicate's "No Alternative (But To Fight)", "More And More" and "Tremelo Dub" plus Singers & Players' "Pneumatic" - took me a while to place that last one Plus if you pre-order from the web shop you get an exclusive free download of a dub mix of track six on the album "I Ain't Going Down Dub"

Via the new website (nice) I sent On-U a note about shipping to California. I'm not a collector but have bought all the earlier Little Axe CDs. It would be cool to have something signed by Skip. His work has always rung my chimes in a big way. I was so happy that Real World did that video of Little Axe to support Stone Cold Ohio (my fave so far) with good audio, hope On-U will put out something along those lines. www.realworldrecords.com/videos/little-axe-stone-cold-ohio

There were some signed copies of Stone Cold Ohio available through the Realworld shop at the time, but it wasn't many - something like 20
