Longtime lurker, new member. I recently ripped Little Annie's "I Think Of You" (DP 21) and "Bless Those" (DP 26), and wanted to share. The two A-sides (and "Going For Gold") are extended versions, and "Prisoner Of Paradise" (the DP 21 B-side) was otherwise unreleased. DP 21DP 26

Cheers. Sometime in the 90s I was asked to make up a list of things that hadn't at that point been released on CD. Eventually a lot of that was dealt with in the Master Recordings series, but I don't think I really considered singles. The above would be later than that, but represent a smattering of stuff that has only seen light of day on vinyl. It's somewhat doubtful in many cases as to whether original tapes (analogue or digital) now exist, so recovering and remastering from vinyl may well be the only recourse.

A friend interviewed Adrian circa early 2000s and for a while was in touch with one of his 'people' and regularly got new releases etc. One CD compilation he was given which he later gifted to me contains the 10" mixes of Bless Those and Going For Gold, the 7" mixes of No No and Lift Off, the five tunes on RDW's Dread 12" and Annie's Four Pieces of Heart 12". Listening to it you can tell they're taken from some kind of master source and not just recorded off someone's vinyl. So that's nice to have. On the disc someone's written in marker On U Sound Vol 2. I think it's up on David's site somewhere...

You see the trouble with that it makes me wonder what "Vol 1" was!

I try not to let it bother me...
